Brick Gizmo is a 3D brick editor that runs in your browser. Build with the LDraw parts library, open and save BrickLink Studio and LDraw files, and check that what you build will stand.

The file is the model

Brick Gizmo saves plain LDraw text, and reads and writes Studio's .io files. Every line is one part, so a model moves between Brick Gizmo and other LDraw tools, and changes show like changes to source code.

What it does

Nothing to install: open the editor and build.
Reads and writes your files
Opens and saves BrickLink Studio .io and LDraw .ldr and .mpd files. Exports OBJ, glTF, STL, PNG and a parts list.
Checks it stands
The joints closest to failing, the parts nothing holds and the parts that overlap. Simulates the model with physics.

Steps, building instructions, mosaics and rendered pictures.

Part shapes come from the LDraw Parts Library, used under its Creative Commons Attribution licence; the third-party notices name the rest. The model on this page is a made-up example.
