Brick Gizmo

Terms of service

The terms of using Brick Gizmo: your account, your models, Claude's builds, plans and payments. Last changed on 29 October 2026.

Who you agree with

Brick Gizmo (brickgizmo.com) is run by Ahmad Al-Saheb, in Jordan. By making an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. Write to [email protected] with any question.

Your account

You must be at least 13, and have a parent's or guardian's leave if you are under 18. Give your real email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if someone else got into your account. One account is for one person.

Your models

What you build, open or upload stays yours. You let us keep it, show it to you, and send it to Claude when you ask Claude to work on it, and nothing else. Only upload what you have the right to.

A build you publish to the gallery is public: anyone may look at it, play its steps, and, where its instructions are free, read them and download its model and its instructions for their own personal use. It shows your handle, never your name or email, and you can unpublish it at any time. We may feature a build, or take one down that breaks these terms.

The parts come from the LDraw Parts Library, under its Creative Commons Attribution licence; the third-party notices name everything the site is built on. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse Brick Gizmo.

What Claude builds

Claude, Anthropic's AI, builds models and answers in your chats. What it makes for you is yours to use, with its step-by-step instructions where your plan or an unlock opens them. On Free, Pro and Premium that use is personal; on Designer you may also use what you build commercially, such as selling the instructions or the models built from them.

Claude can be wrong: a model may not stand, or not be buildable with real parts. Check a build before you rely on it.

Plans and payments

Building by hand is free. A plan gives an allowance of Claude's work and instruction unlocks, as the plans page says; an allowance used up renews with its window or month.

Payments are taken by Lemon Squeezy, which sells you the plan or unlock as seller of record, adds any sales tax or VAT, and whose buyer terms also apply. A plan renews every month until you cancel it, which you can do at any time under Manage your plan: it then lasts to the end of the month paid for. Moving to another plan is charged or credited for the rest of the month.

If you are not happy with a payment, write to us within 14 days of it: we refund it where the plan's allowance or the unlock has not been used. This takes nothing away from the rights the law of your country gives you.

Fair use

Do not use Brick Gizmo to break the law or anyone's rights, to send Claude content that is unlawful or abusive, or to harm the site or its users: no getting round the allowances or the locks, no automated mass use, no attacks on the service.

We may suspend or close an account that does, and keep what the law requires us to.

The service

Brick Gizmo is new, and given as it is: we work to keep it running and your work safe, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Keep your own copies of what matters to you; any model exports as an LDraw or Studio file.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Brick Gizmo and have your account deleted at any time, by writing to us; a paid plan should be cancelled first. If we ever close the service, we will tell you in good time, so you can take your models with you.

Changes and law

We will put any change on this page with its date, and write to you before a change that matters; using the site after it means you accept it. These terms are under the law of Jordan, without taking away the protection your own country's consumer law gives you.
